Building India's first nanosatellite and an AI engine to make sense of avalanche of data beamed down from those satellites.
THE MASTER PLAN
Design, manufacture and integrate our nanosatellites to make them launch-ready.
Launch India’s first nanosatellite constellation and use it to image every place on earth everyday.
Use our cutting-edge AI engine to make detect, monitor and predict global phenomena based on our dataset.
The Firefly is a cutting edge nanosatellite with a high-resolution imaging payload and structurally optimized for the Lower Earth Orbit with incredible processing power.
Providence is designed and built to process petabytes of data obtained from the fireflies to detect, monitor and predict global phenomena such as natural disasters, climate change, deforestation, sensitive ecosystem such as Serengiti etc.
Firefly is a 3U cubesat with 5-kilogram form factor with a high-resolution imaging payload and structurally optimized for Lower Earth Orbit with incredible processing power.
The AI engine is designed to process the dataset obtained from the Cubesat to make predictions which are faster and more accurate than any other system to help implement changes.
Pixxel is a team of undergraduates from BITS Pilani, interested in reinventing space technology in India. Originating from the core team of Hyperloop India, the only Indian finalist team from among the 2500 teams that applied to the prestigious SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition. The team thus not only has a prior experience dealing with a project of this magnitude but also the experience of actually building a functioning Hyperloop prototype in an unprecedented two months. Pixxel has now expanded to constitute students and faculty from the top engineering and business schools of the country—namely BITS Pilani, NIT-Surathkal, IIM- Ahmedabad — consulting with space, AI and data experts from organizations like ISRO, NRSC, MapMyIndia and TRA law.
